Intelogy pro-code experts explored the recent advances in Large Language Models (AI/LLMs) and developed a solution that integrates seamlessly with Azure.

The new AI capabilities are designed to enhance the productivity of fast-paced government and enterprise press offices, without substituting human interaction. The new features assist media teams in managing interactions more effectively, ensuring consistent messaging and quick responses to both routine and unexpected events.

• Responsive assistance: The AI module enhances COLIN’s capability to handle incoming press enquiries efficiently, preventing communication gaps and providing draft responses based on historical data.
• Generative Q&A: It enables the generation of draft questions and answers about specific topics, facilitating preparedness for incoming enquiries.
• Press release automation: The AI integration can autonomously generate draft press releases, maintaining an appropriate tone aligned with organisational standards.

Impactful outcomes

Future Directions

Looking ahead, Intelogy plans continuous research into further integrating LLMs such as ChatGPT 4o into COLIN. Furthermore, expanding the range of trusted internet sources that can be referenced will enrich response quality with up-to-date information.
