Intelogy’s Robert Bath named IRMS SharePoint and Office 365 Group Technical Officer
We’re delighted to announce that Rob Bath, Intelogy’s Information Management & Compliance Practice Lead, has been nominated as the SharePoint and Office 365 Group Technical Officer for the Information & Records Management Society (IRMS). This position allows us to provide IRMS members with best practice guidance and advice about the latest Content Services features provided by Microsoft.
This role positions Intelogy at the forefront of Office 365 and SharePoint compliance/records management in the UK, enabling us to provide honest and timely guidance to Information Governance/Management (IG/M) professionals.
The Information and Records Management Society is the foremost professional association for all information professionals. Formed in 1983 as the Records Management Society (RMS) with a clear commitment to inclusivity across the profession, the IRMS now has over 1,000 members from the UK and around the world spanning public, private and third sectors.
“I’m honoured to have been appointed as the Group’s Technical Officer.” stated Bath, “This role dovetails perfectly with Intelogy’s position as a Microsoft Content Services Charter Partner, allowing us to promote the capabilities of Microsoft 365 directly to Information Management professionals”.
Rob is a regular guest speaker at IRMS group events and has been selected to speak at IRMS Conference in Wales later this year. He also presents to the SharePoint community, having been invited by Microsoft to serve as a panellist at last years’ European SharePoint Office 365 & Azure Conference in Copenhagen.
