How will Intelogy’s partnership with Microsoft benefit our clients in 2023

It’s estimated that the Microsoft Partner Network is comprised of over 400,000 organisations globally, which makes the customer’s decision of choosing the right partner often very daunting.

Having personally worked in the Microsoft partner channel for in excess of 15 years it’s always been my priority to help customers get the most value from their Microsoft investment.

So how can organisations reap these benefits?

The new Microsoft Cloud Partner Programme

Recently Microsoft have made changes within their partner network to make it easier for customers to find the right Microsoft partner for their needs. Rather than honouring a partner with a gold or silver status, partner nomination is now based on their workload within Microsoft 365.

Below is a blog from Intelogy’s Margarita Ausheva which outlines everything you need to know about the new Microsoft Cloud Partner Program from a client perspective:

The obvious benefit of the new accreditation-based partnership is that it immediately provides reassurance to potential clients that Intelogy has invested in people, certifications, and extensive training to be able to provide the highest levels of expertise within a designated Microsoft technology.

Continuously growing our skills

Microsoft has increased the threshold in terms of what they expect from partners’ continual growth. Partners need to regularly secure net new customer wins to retain their accreditation status. In light of this, we are focused on continually growing our skills and experience within a whole range of customers in varying industries. This drives an immersive knowledgebase in various technology area and helps us tackle ever more challenging projects.

Access to updates before they go public

Intelogy has long been on the early adopters’ programme, particularly in relation to content services, due to our status as a content services charter member. This has given us as a partner privileged access to technology before general release.

Intelogy has also invested heavily in training its consultants and specialist developers and were recently very proud to announce that our own Leon Armston was awarded MVP status. Some of the key benefits of the MVP status include early access to Microsoft products, and direct communication channels with Microsoft’s product teams, which we can then share with our clients in a timely way.

Furthermore, we have access to a dedicated Microsoft Partner Manager who provides insight into product development and future roadmap.

Cut costs by optimising business processes

As we all experience unprecedented inflationary business pressures, organisations are constantly looking at where they can optimise processes and drive out costs within their business.

Microsoft are keen to promote “doing more with less” and Intelogy are laser focussed on working with customers to optimise their IT estate, both in terms of licensing, but also in terms of reducing the need to use potentially expensive third-party products, where Microsoft 365 already has this in-built capability.

Secure both now and in the future

As we all work more remotely than we did pre-pandemic, our customers are giving increased thought and focus into how they secure their modern work environment in a hybrid world. With the exponential growth of data and rapid roll-out of Teams / SharePoint, often in an ungoverned environment, we are frequently called in to “take control” of the rapidly growing collaborative environment.

By using both our years of industry experience and the appropriate tools within Microsoft 365, Intelogy is able to implement the appropriate measures to take back control and gain reassurance that the environment is safe and secure, considerably reducing risk to the business.

By moving to Microsoft 365 you can more easily manage the pace of development in your business. You have first-line access to the latest technology, rather than waiting to see if this is delivered into the older on-premises offerings. This is particularly true for Exchange and SharePoint. Your online estate is constantly patched and maintained by Microsoft, and by partnering with us and taking advantage of our considerable experience of managing these types of environments, you can be reassured that you are in safe hands.

Access to Microsoft funding and exclusive events

Our partner status means we are able to work closely with Microsoft to secure funding for customers based around specific engagements such as:

Pre-sales:

  • Envisioning workshops
  • Business value assessments
  • Solution assessments
  • Power centre of excellence
  • Tailored demonstrations
  • Pilots

Post sales:

  • Envisioning and value realisation
  • Success enablement
  • Centre of excellence
  • Solution optimisation
  • Change management

Over the coming year Intelogy will be promoting some exciting events for its customers, including webinars and potentially exclusive face-to-face roundtables, which we will run in conjunction with Microsoft. We will also be releasing details of funded workshops like the popular App-in-a-Day workshop for customers new to the Power Platform.
