Intelogy was engaged to help redesign and modernise device management using Microsoft Intune, creating a solution that was simpler to operate, easier to scale and better aligned with modern security expectations.

Their existing onboarding process successfully provisioned new devices, but didn’t provide the visibility, flexibility and control needed once devices were in the hands of users. Ongoing management relied heavily on scripts and manual intervention, making it harder for the IT team to maintain consistent standards, respond quickly to issues, or gain a clear picture of device health across the estate.
