What is Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Intune is Microsoft’s cloud-based endpoint management platform. It helps organisations maintain device compliance, deploy and manage applications, configure security policies and control access to corporate resources. It can manage both corporate-owned and personally owned devices, allowing organisations to support different working arrangements while maintaining appropriate security controls across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android platforms.
Intune works closely with other Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Defender. For example, Intune can provide device compliance information to Microsoft Entra Conditional Access, helping determine whether a device should be allowed to access corporate resources.
This combination of device management, security and access control makes Intune an important part of a modern Zero Trust approach and provides the endpoint foundation for organisations adopting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based working.
What we help with
Most organisations don’t set out to solve an Intune problem. They’re trying to secure remote workers, replace ageing device management platforms, simplify laptop deployments, reduce support overhead, or gain more control over how corporate data is accessed. Microsoft Intune provides the platform. Our role is helping you design, implement and operate it in a way that fits how your organisation works.
Legacy device management and MDM replacement
Many organisations still rely on on-premises management tools, traditional Active Directory, or third-party mobile device management platforms that add complexity and cost. We help organisations transition to Microsoft Intune, modernising device management while making better use of existing Microsoft 365 investments.
Secure remote and hybrid working
Providing secure access to corporate resources becomes more challenging when employees work across multiple locations and devices. We implement Intune, Conditional Access and device compliance controls to help ensure users can work from anywhere whilst maintaining appropriate security and governance.
Device compliance and Zero Trust security
Security teams need confidence that only trusted users on compliant devices can access corporate applications and data. We help organisations implement device compliance policies, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender integration and endpoint security controls to strengthen their security posture.
Laptop deployment and device onboarding
Building and configuring devices manually can consume significant IT resource and create inconsistent user experiences. We use Windows Autopilot and modern enrolment processes to simplify device provisioning, helping users get productive faster while reducing administrative effort.
Bring-your-own-device and mobile application management
Many organisations need to support personal devices without relinquishing control of corporate information. We help implement application protection policies, Mobile Application Management (MAM) and Intune controls that allow employees to work securely from personal devices whilst protecting business data.
Application deployment and endpoint standardisation
Keeping devices consistent can be difficult when applications, settings and policies are managed manually. We help organisations package applications, automate software deployment and standardise device configurations to improve security, reduce support effort and simplify ongoing management.
Endpoint governance and estate optimisation
As Intune adoption grows, organisations often need greater consistency around enrolment, compliance, access controls and ongoing management. We help define device management standards, review existing configurations and establish an approach that is secure, practical and scalable.
Microsoft Intune services
Our certified experts go beyond simple deployment, providing end-to-end services that ensure your Intune environment is not just configured, but truly optimised for your unique business needs and integrated flawlessly within your broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Featured Microsoft Intune Case Study
Our client recognised that its traditional approach to managing devices no longer aligned with the way employees accessed company data. The organisation wanted to embrace a modern, cloud-first management model that would improve security, support flexible working and reduce reliance on on-premises infrastructure.
Intelogy delivered a Microsoft Intune solution that strengthened device security, introduced zero-trust principles and laid the foundations for modern endpoint management.
