Intelogy has a genuine desire to do what’s right for the customer. There’s never been any upselling, just excellent standards of service from everyone I’ve engaged with. The team has been trustworthy and reliable, always doing exactly what they said they would and never missing a deadline. They followed through with the same level of care even after the engagement finished, and honestly, it’s just been an entire team of warm and lovely people.

I remember being absolutely awed by the amount of information that Damien, our Solution Consultant retained. He was a sponge in those sessions.

For me, the biggest result is the reassurance that our risk is lower. Our architectural structure makes sense and we’re future proofed – now we can build.

For myself, as a back-end user, the new RAG Reporting apps has automated the entire process. For the first time we have user friendly apps for both end users and back-end users. This means no more spreadsheets and multiple users can access the apps at any one time. It’s easy to use and less time is required by Research Managers to complete. We now have more meaningful data to interpret and better reporting capabilities by using Power BI, we can easily drill down into the details and look at specific areas of interest.

My team who were working on a recent SharePoint revamp were really concerned that we were careful when rebuilding our SharePoint sites and that we had the chance to cross train other members of staff who were not technical. I have to say that after our first conversation with Intelogy, we had the feeling that not only were we in safe hands but they actually understood us and how we work. Our Project manager gave enough detail to make reporting a breeze and we couldn’t have been happier with the final result. We even learnt a few tricks along the way from our extremely helpful Solution Architect. I would absolutely go to Intelogy first when working on anything similar.

Partnering with Intelogy to deliver this complex piece of work meant we had a like-minded partner focused on delivering a significantly improved user experience whilst ensuring minimal downtime and interruption for the business operations. Their knowledge and expertise in the M365 domain were excellent, and they worked seamlessly as an extension of our in-house team to ensure all M365 workloads and data were successfully migrated to the new tenant.

NWG have worked closely with Intelogy to accelerate our use of Syntex and PnP Search, turning embryonic ideas into delivered solutions and quick wins. Intelogy have taken the complexity out of the technology and have helped us build capability & understanding to allow our Product Teams and Citizen Developers to do more to help us index, tag and retrieve information.

Intelogy have helped accelerate usage of NWG’s Microsoft 365 cloud content platform. Intelogy have worked with our Product Teams and directly with our users to deliver quick wins and significant new enhancements to collaboration, communication, and compliance capabilities. We look forward to continue working with Intelogy to better understand the opportunities of AI powered solutions in the Microsoft Cloud.

Working closely with our users and our small Product Team Intelogy have delivered quick wins and capabilities to surface content through to new user experiences and to new types of devices. The building out of quick wins and the building up of our Product Team’s capabilities has been a very successful combination and in Intelogy we have found a partner that aligns well with our current business channels.

We have really enjoyed working with Intelogy, and have really benefited from the experience and knowledge Leon has been able to share. That combined with the opportunity to take part in the Microsoft preview programme has put NWG in a great position when it comes to realising the benefits of Syntex.

Many of the new Microsoft technologies can be daunting and difficult to navigate and it’s not always clear where to start. Working with Intelogy has allowed us to navigate this difficulty, kick start our understanding and build out our knowledge within our Product and Business teams.
