Microsoft Teams Deployment Package – £9,950

For this package we are assuming you already have Microsoft 365, are using it to some extent and are wondering how best to deploy Teams across the organisation in a rapid but controlled and properly implemented manner, taking into consideration the change management and adoption aspects for end users.

Using a consistent and proven methodology from Intelogy, the aim is to get organisations up and running with Teams within days, not weeks. If you are new to Microsoft 365 we can help here too (see options section).

Getting Started

  • Most organisations already have an Azure AD setup because they use Microsoft 365 to some degree but if you need support with the implementation of your own Azure AD and synchronisation with your on-premise address lists we can do this for you (assuming a relatively simple single domain set-up).

  • Teams provides the mechanism to hold internal meetings and VOIP calls with your colleagues, but if you want to set up external calling you will need a calling plan and, depending on your global reach, possibly a more complex setup.

  • Consultancy to advise on Teams certified devices and appropriate physical set-ups for meeting rooms (voice, video, unified environmental controls etc).

  • During this period of remote working, this is less of an issue, but once we all return to the workplace your workforce’s ability to use unified comms tools like Teams will be dependent on your corporate network topology. Before you introduce telephony via Teams, we recommend using this period to test your network for Teams suitability.

  • Skype for Business (SfB) to Teams pre-migration consultancy providing recommendations for your best options for migrating your sites to Teams.
